These Point of Sale System Registration Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the registration and use of the Point of Sale System ("POS System") provided by NationalOs Pvt Ltd "Mamtaj". By registering and using the POS System, you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with the registration process.

1. Registration Eligibility: a. The POS System registration is available to businesses and individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set by the Provider. b. Merchant represents and warrants that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

2. License: a. The Provider grants Merchant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the POS System solely for the purpose of facilitating sales transactions in Merchant's business. b. The license is granted for the duration of Merchant's registration with the POS System and is subject to compliance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use: a. Merchant agrees to use the POS System in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. b. Merchant shall not use the POS System for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. c. Merchant shall not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the POS System or any related systems or networks.

4. Data Privacy: a. Merchant acknowledges and agrees that the Provider may collect, store, and process Merchant's personal and business information for the purpose of providing the POS System. b. The Provider shall handle Merchant's data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property: a. The POS System and all related intellectual property rights belong to the Provider. b. Merchant shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the POS System without the Provider's prior written consent.

6. Support and Maintenance: a. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide technical support and maintenance for the POS System. b. Merchant acknowledges that the Provider may suspend, modify, or discontinue the POS System or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

7. Fees and Payments: a. Merchant agrees to pay the fees specified by the Provider for the use of the POS System. b. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Provider.

8. Termination: a. Either party may terminate Merchant's registration with the POS System at any time with or without cause. b. Upon termination, Merchant's access to the POS System will be disabled, and Merchant shall cease all use of the POS System.

9. Limitation of Liability: a. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the POS System. b. Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of Merchant's use of the POS System.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

By proceeding with the registration process and using the POS System, Merchant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and will comply with them throughout their use of the POS System.
